We are happy to announce opening of registration grants to allow free access to IROS 2021 conference for roboticists from developing countries (https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/emember-countries.html) without a paper contribution. The free registrations will include access to the main conference and workshops.

Number of free registrations is limited and will be granted upon evaluation of written application sent via e-mail to: registrationgrantsiros2021@guarant.cz . Deadline for applications submission is Sept. 24, 2021, 23:59Hrs CET.  Notice on the proposal evaluation and grant assignment with further instructions will be sent via e-mail.

The application e-mail shall be brief and structured as follows:

1. First name(s)
2. Last name
3. E-mail address
4. Academic degree
5. Affiliation
6. Country
7. Gender (M/F)
8. Title and ID number of eventual paper submission to IROS 2021 which has not been accepted for the conference
9. Short description of professional targeting, major results achieved and reasons why the registration grant shall be assigned, references to recent major publications are welcome (not more than 200 words)
