Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.

 The REGISTRATION WITHOUT PAPER includes:

  • Access to the on-line platform – exhibition/scientific programme
  • The possibility to present Late Breaking Result Poster if accepted (at most 2 posters are allowed per registration)

The WORKSHOPS & TUTORIALS registrations include only access to workshops and tutorials. It is possible to register for workshops and tutorials without registering for the conference. Please note that the organizers and contributors of workshops and tutorials need to register to get access to the on-line platform.

Student registrations belong to the same category as full registrations. IEEE/RSJ/SICE Student Members can register within the IEEE/RSJ/SICE Member category.

HOW TO REGISTER

To register for the Conference, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. The registration process consists of the following steps:

  1. Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password by e-mail.
  2. Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee.
  3. If you choose a registration with paper, select your paper ID and the number of extra pages (if any).
  4. Register for workshops within the conference registration or later through the Workshops and Tutorials button.
  5. Pay on-line by debit/credit card or pay by bank transfer.

Registrations with paper: Upon payment, each registered paper is assigned a token, which has to be entered into PaperPlaza to unlock the final submission upload. This token is not sent by e-mail; it is accessible in the registration forms under the PaperPlaza tokens button (it may take several days for bank transfer payments).

It is possible to log in to the registration forms again using the password obtained in Step 1 and book additional items such as workshops and tutorials, extra papers, extra pages, pay on-line through the payment gate, or view the PaperPlaza tokens.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card - RECOMMENDED

For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

Please note that the bank transfer may take several days to be processed. Register as soon as possible if you wish to use this form of payment.
Important: If you are registering a paper, you will be unable to complete your final paper submission in PaperPlaza until your payment has been received and processed.

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

All bank charges have to be covered by the participant.

Bank transfer payments will only be accepted by September 13, 2021. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.

FINAL INVOICE

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at iros2021@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. 

Registration fee refund will be accomplished at the latest within 30 days after the conference.  

In the case of no-show refund of paid registration fee is not possible and respective paper may be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.
